| Bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets have very tight dimension tolerance and magnetic property uniformity. They can be made into complex shapes which are difficult by machining. And they can be easily formed together with other parts in one step. Repeatability and reproducibility are guaranteed in mass production. Bonded magnets have merit of optional magnetization pattern, moderate eddy-current loss and strong corrosion resistance. Bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets are widely used for spindle motors, micro motors, etc. |
